The Society of Anaesthetists of Wales is offering two Travelling Fellowships for either Consultant Anaesthetists or SAS doctors, to teach on the 4 year MMedAnaes in Namibia which is launching in February 2018.
The Society of Anaesthetists of Wales / Cymdeithas Anaesthetyddion Cymru is an organisation representing all anaesthetists in Wales. The aim of the society is to foster clinical and scientific development of members and to enhance the practice of anaesthesia in the Principality.
There are generally two meetings a year, a Spring Meeting in Brecon and an Autumn Meeting, the location of which varies by year.
The Society of Anaesthetists of Wales is pleased to announce the 2019 Autumn Scientific Meeting, held jointly with the South Wales Obstetric Anaesthetic Forum. The Meeting will take place on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 October 2019 at the Vale Hotel in Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. The event will feature CPD, a trainee competition and trade show along with the warm camaraderie which has become a hallmark of SAW events. The trainee competition will be held on Friday 18 October 2019 and will be hosted by SWOAF.
The countdown is on for the 2019 Society of Anaesthetists of Wales and South Wales Obstetric Anaesthetic Forum Autumn Scientific Meeting, which will be held on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 October 2019 at the Vale Hotel in Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan. The trainee competition will be hosted by SWOAF and will take place on Friday 18 October 2019. The competition is now closed to entries.
